When you check a watch through StolenWatch in ChatGPT or another AI assistant, we receive only the watch brand and serial number you ask about, plus technical request details (the assistant service's IP address and browser or user-agent string). We do not receive your name, email address or chat history.
We use it to answer the lookup, to protect the service from abuse, and, when a lookup matches a reported theft, to alert the owner or recovery team that the watch was searched. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Search and lookup logs (search terms, IP address and browser information) are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Account and theft-report information is kept while your account or report is active and is deleted on request, except where we must keep it for legal or security reasons.
